Yes we do! For international orders, prices are calculated at checkout and you can choose from two options:

  1. Standard Shipping - trackable (6 plus business days)
  2. Express Shipping - trackable (4 to 6 business days)

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and if you choose to return your order, these fees are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for further information as these fees can vary widely from country to country.

We aim to have your order shipped within 3 business days.

Upon shipping, if tracking is included you will be notified by email with a tracking number.

Need your order by a specific date, choose express postage during checkout and email us at aloha@lilchiefandstargirl.com.au and we'll try our best to make it work.

Want your order sent as a gift directly to the recipient, simply enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section.

Returns & Exchanges

No returns on sale items unless deemed faulty.

Is your jewellery not quite the right size or not what you expected? We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for a credit note that can be used in-store or online. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will be given for any goods which are faulty. Please note, due to hygiene reasons you cannot return or exchange earrings unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means free from scratches, blemishes or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will contact you and arrange your credit note or exchange.

It is recommended that you ship your return with appropriate tracking as we will not assume responsibility for any item which is lost or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit note for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit note will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit note to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Your jewellery is warranted for 3 months from the date of shipping against any defects, or if your jewellery arrives in less than a perfect condition due to mishandling. Your warranty does not cover scratches, dullness of metals or stones, or jewellery that has been stolen, lost, dropped or damaged in any other way. Replacement or repair is at the sole discretion of Lil Chief & Star Girl. Charges may apply for the repair of pieces deemed outside warranty. Lil Chief & Star Girl pieces are delicate by nature and therefore should be worn with care. When a good is repaired under the original contractual warranty term, only the remaining term of the original contractual warranty will continue to apply.

CONSUMER LAW

All goods purchased from this website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

The goods will not be of acceptable quality if such goods:

(a) are not fit for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied;

(b) are not acceptable in appearance and finish;

(c) have defects;

(d) are unsafe; or

(e) are not durable.

Subject to any rights you may have under the non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we may impose fees payable by you in relation to any repair/service not covered by the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or the three-month limited warranty.

The three month limited warranty excludes, to the extent permitted by law, damage due to ordinary wear and tear, misuse, accident, abuse, alteration, substitution, improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than us, theft, disappearance, loss (including lost stones) or any other type of use causing deterioration.

To the extent permitted by law (including Australian Consumer Law), Lil Chief & Star Girl reserves the sole right to judge whether or not an item of jewellery has been subject to ordinary wear and tear.

When a good is repaired under the original contractual warranty term, only the remaining term of the original contractual warranty will continue to apply.

If you have lost an earring in most circumstances we can replace a single earring. We may ask you to send the mate to us, so we can better match it for you. The cost for one earring is typically half of the cost for the pair.
